The transaction was completed in July 2026.<\/p>\n<p>With HEAL, Gr\u00fcnhorn gains a long-term strategic majority shareholder for the next phase of its development. Together, the parties intend to further strengthen Gr\u00fcnhorn\u2019s position in the German market and support continued growth.
