Transaction
Ardian has acquired the Competence Call Center Group CCC from Silverfleet Capital.
After having advised the founder of CCC on the sale to Ardian in 2009 and Silverfleet Capital on the acquisition of CCC from Ardian in 2013, Pava Partners is now involved in the change of ownership of CCC for the third time in this current transaction.
The stake in CCC is held via the Ardian Expansion Fund IV. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
