Pava Partners advised AUCTUS Capital Partners AG (“AUCTUS”) and its co-invested minority shareholders on the sale of one hundred percent of their shares in Werksarztzentrum Deutschland GmbH (“Werksarztzentrum”) to a PE-backed strategic buyer in 2022.

Under AUCTUS, Werksarztzentrum became the German market leader for digitally scalable offerings in the areas of occupational medicine and safety. Through its novel hybrid platform, the company combines online and offline capabilities into a unique telemedical service offering for corporate customers. From now on, the strategic buyer will accompany the Werksarztzentrum on its national and international growth course.
