Transaction
Pava Partners advised BE Investment-Partners GmbH (“BE Invest”) and founding shareholder Thomas Krug on the sale of LANSOL Datacenter GmbH to WIIT S.p.A. (ISIN: IT0005440893; WIIT.MI). The transaction comprises 100% of the share capital and will be completed in the first half of September.
LANSOL is a full-service hosting provider with its own certified data center in Germany. Thomas Krug, who founded LANSOL more than 20 years ago, has developed the company into Germany’s leading independent provider of managed services for the tax and accounting industry with over 600 active customers. With the entry of BE Invest in 2019, the growth was further advanced and now, with the sale, results in a new partnership with WIIT.
