Deal rationale
With the acquisition of Overclockers UK, Caseking doubles its size and opens up the British market. The newly formed group is market leader in the two most relevant European markets and continues its European growth strategy.

Caseking is a distributor and reseller of specialized PC equipment for the gaming community and other PC enthusiasts (eg. computer cases, fans/cooling equipment, graphic cards). The company runs the biggest German online shop for case modding.

Overclockers (www.overclockers.co.uk) is one of the leading E-Commerce retailers of PC equipment in Great Britain (including hardware components, accessories, CPUs and customized PC systems). The company sells more than 5,000 articles from more than 150 brands mainly focused on gaming and media PC communities. Headquartered in Manchester, the company employs 40 people.
