Pava Partners acted as Debt Advisor to DPE Deutsche Private Equity (“DPE“) to conduct a lender education in support of the M&A process for Primutec Solutions Group (“Primutec“). The lender education process with a selected group of debt financing providers effectively accentuated Primutec’s key credit strengths and created positive momentum at an early stage of the transaction. Furthermore, the involvement of debt financing providers ahead of the submission of initial bids has provided comprehensive feedback with respect to available financing options as well as overall debt capacity, yielding important input for the valuation of potential bidders.
