Pava Partners has advised EAG Group (“EAG”), a leading international investment group focused on the digital transformation of the automotive market, on the acquisition of CarObserver Group (“CarObserver”). CarObserver offers manufacturers and car dealerships a software solution that optimizes vehicle valuation (sales and margin process).

EAG sees CarObserver as a valuable addition to its group company Omnetic, a leading provider of Dealer Management Systems in Europe. CarObserver can be seamlessly integrated into Omnetic, enabling targeted cross-selling to the existing customer base of around 10,000 B2B customers and the further expansion of the business in Germany.
