Leipzig based Energiekonzepte Mitteldeutschland GmbH (“EKM”), a premium full-service provider of solar power production and storage systems, partners with AUCTUS Capital Partners AG and its associated funds (“AUCTUS”), the new majority shareholder. The founder, Mathias Hammer, will remain with the company as an advisor and shareholder. The current managing director Silvio Bräuer has invested alongside AUCTUS and will continue to lead the operational EKM business. This lays the foundation for continued strong growth and further establishment of the significant market position. Pava Partners exclusively advised the founder during the process.
