Pava Partners exclusively advised eyevis Holding GmbH (eyevis), a leading manufacturer of high quality visual display and video wall solutions, on the acquisition of Teracue AG (Teracue), specialist for IPTV and video-networking systems.

As of February 17th, 2014, all rights on trademarks, names and patents as well as the management and employees of Teracue have been transferred to the newly founded entity Teracue eyevis GmbH. The takeover will enable eyevis and Teracue to combine their strengths and resources in product development and to leverage global distribution.
