Pava Partners announces the sale of major parts of the Saxon Gamma Service Group to Eckert & Ziegler AG. Gamma Service is a specialist in the production of isotopic products for medicine and industry with an achieved annual turnover, domestically and internationally, of approximately EUR 20 million in 2016. The group of companies acquired by Eckert & Ziegler employs about 150 people.

Pava Partners was an exclusive advisor to the sole shareholder of the Gamma Service Group.
