KSG Leiterplatten GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares of the Austrian company Häusermann GmbH with effect as of June 30, 2017.

Pava Partners acted on this transaction as the exclusive advisor to KSG Leiterplatten GmbH. The terms of the transaction are subject to confidentiality.

Häusermann and KSG are among the most successful companies in the European electronic circuit board industry. Margret Gleiniger, Managing Director of KSG, is convinced that through the merger, forces can be combined and the rising demand can be met much faster. As a group, they expect to address the technological challenges of the future even better, and support the growth of their customers as a strategic partner.

KSG Leiterplatten GmbH, headquartered in Saxony, produces electronic circuit boards from sample to series. KSG looks back on nearly 140 years of company history, 60 years of experience in the production of circuit boards, and now employs 730 people. For the year 2017, revenues of approx. EUR 95m are planned.  According to internal data, KSG is the 3rd largest circuit board manufacturer in Germany.
