Pava Partners exclusively advised n3k Holding GmbH on the sale of n3k Informatik GmbH, an IT service provider founded in 2000 in Heilbronn, to VR Equitypartner GmbH, a leading private equity financier in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Pava Partners supported the entire transaction process and advised the seller in all phases of the negotiation. A team from CMS Hasche Sigle in Leipzig gave legal support throughout the whole process and negotiations.

Company founder Rainer Maurer, managing director of n3k Holding GmbH, decided in 2015 to get a financially strong partner on board in order to accelerate the already successful growth strategy. He also sought expertise in implementing this strategy.

The n3k-management including managing director Rainer Maurer, managing director for sales Alexander Häcker and technical director Thomas Erhard will remain with the company.

Both parties have decided to not disclose any further transaction details.
