The shareholders of Notion Systems GmbH (“Notion Systems”), one of the leading suppliers of industrial inkjet printing systems for functional inks, are selling a majority stake to the Advanced Manufacturing Unit of RSBG SE (“RSBG”). Notion Systems will thus become a sister company of Heidelberg Instruments Mikrotechnik GmbH (“Heidelberg Instruments”) and SPECS Surface Nano Analysis GmbH. The four founders of Notion Systems will remain with the company as co-partners and Managing Directors.

Pava Partners exclusively advised the sellers during the process.

Michael Doran, founder of Notion Systems, said, “We thank Pava Partners for their professional support. Despite the challenges Covid-19 posed to our industry, the Pava Partners team always provided us with comprehensive and exceptionally competent advice. With RSBG’s Advanced Manufacturing unit, we have found the optimal shareholder and partner to expand our business even more successfully in the future!”
