Pava Partners exclusively advised Waterland Private Equity Investments (“Waterland”) and the co-owners of the Ranger Group (“Ranger”) on the sale of all company shares in Ranger to the stock exchange listed Ströer SE Co. KGaA (Ströer).

The company is to be integrated organizationally into the new Dialog Marketing Group of the Ströer Group. With the acquisition of the Ranger Group in the area of ​​performance-oriented direct sales, the performance marketing business of the Avedo Group is extended by an additional sales channel. With this combination of service offers, media company Ströer is expanding the local sales organization significantly. As a result, Ströer is able to offer integrated solutions to its customers along the entire marketing and sales value chain.
