Triton Fund V advised by Triton (“Triton”) has signed an agreement to acquire Swiss IT Security Group, a leading cyber security services provider in the DACH and Benelux regions, from Ufenau Capital Partners. The transaction is subject to clearance by the relevant authorities.

Cowen acted as Triton’s exclusive M&A advisor during the process.
