Pava Partners exclusively advised Digital Reload Group (“Digital Reload“) on a comprehensive refinancing of its existing debt structure. The new financing structure enables a substantial reduction of overall funding costs and further increases operational flexibility through additional working capital financing. The transaction closed beginning of May 2022.
