Pava Partners advised funds advised by Deutsche Private Equity (“DPE”) on the acquisition of a majority stake in Sill Optics GmbH & Co. KG (“Sill Optics”) from PINOVA Capital as debt advisor. Under DPE, the management of Sill Optics will continue to hold a significant stake in the company. The transaction was completed at the beginning of August 2022.
Sill Optics is a leading manufacturer of precision optics used in laser materials processing, additive manufacturing, medical technology and in accompanying chip manufacturing processes, among others.
