Quarton International (“Quarton”) has advised Ingenieurbüro Prof. Dr.-Ing. Vogt Planungsgesellschaft mbH (“Ingenieurbüro Vogt”) on the search for a strategic partner and new shareholder. With BKW as a new investor, the company will now become part of the engineering department of the BKW Group (“BKW”). The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.

Ingenieurbüro Vogt focuses on the integrated planning of efficient hospitals and clinics in Germany. The company covers all relevant planning steps inhouse except of technical building equipment. Ingenieurbüro Vogt stands out from the competition with its high level of process standardization coupled with efficient project development.
