Pava Partners acted as exclusive Debt Advisor to Ortheum Group, a portfolio company of Deutsche Private Equity (“DPE”), on a comprehensive expansion of its financing structure.
Based on the successful growth in recent years and the strong M&A pipeline, the existing financing was replaced by a new financing agreement with a new lender. The new financing structure, which includes a significant acquisition facility, offers the Group the greatest flexibility for further acquisitions in order to support the future growth strategy in the best possible way.
