Quarton International has advised the Röchling Group, a Mannheim-based plastics specialist, on the acquisition of FRANK plastic AG, a provider for medical and industrial technology based in Waldachtal/Baden-Württemberg, from Ferdinand Piëch Beteiligungs GmbH – subject to antitrust approval. The parties have agreed not to disclose any further information.
