Pava Partners has advised EAG Group (“EAG”), a leading international investment group focused on the digital transformation of the automotive market, on the acquisition of Autrado GmbH (“Autrado”), an established German company providing DMS (Dealer Management System) to customers in the DACH region, Benelux, and Denmark.

This transaction marks the first step for Omnetic, a group member of EAG and a leading DMS provider in the CEE region, to expand its business into the German market.
