we are pleased to inform you about the next step in our company’s development: David Riemenschneider, a proven mobility expert, and Frank Brandenburg, an acknowledged cybersecurity expert, are strengthening the Pava Partners team as Senior Advisors.

David spent over 30 years in C-level and board positions at some of the leading automotive OEMs and TIER-1 suppliers in the US and Europe. He is also the founder and former chairman of several software companies, which he has led to successful exits.

Prior to joining Pava Partners, David was a Senior Advisor at Houlihan Lokey, where he supported the automotive technology team. He also brings valuable experience from his time at Hampleton Partners, where he led their M&A practice for the automotive industry. He has worked in the US, Europe, and Asian markets of Japan and China, bringing a global perspective on the industry.

Frank’s expertise covers software and services strategy, go-to-market management and business development. He has over 30 years of global leadership experience in the cybersecurity sector, during which he has successfully managed and transformed both established and growth-oriented companies. Through his leadership and board positions at companies such as Intuit, Clearswift, Websense, and NTT, he has extensive experience in driving business model implementations ranging from traditional software sales to SaaS and cloud solutions.

In his role as Global COO and CEO EMEA at NTT Security, Frank was responsible for the strategic direction and management of sales, marketing and operations. He led the central M&A and business development activities, oversaw several global acquisitions and managed a team of around 1,800 employees in 27 countries.
