We are pleased to welcome Kevin Kissner in our circle of partners. The proven tech expert joins Pava Partners from the US investment bank Stout. With him, we strengthen our offering in equity and growth financing and reinforce our expertise in HealthTech and Software.

Kevin Kissner built up Stout’s German business and, as part of the Global TMT Practice, has executed numerous tech-focused transactions. He has advised founder-led growth companies such as GotPhoto, Ada Health, PlusDental, Momox, and NeuroNation, often advising them through multiple financing rounds and exits.

At ACXIT Capital Partners (now Stifel), he advised founders and medium-sized companies in the field of technology, as well as M&A processes and leveraged finance transactions in the investment banking department of Deutsche Industriebank in Frankfurt.
