Christina Krätzig is COO at Pava. She has more than 15 years of experience in M&A and was most recently responsible for Strategic Consulting. After studies and first work experiences at BASF, VW Coaching and in a non-profit company supporting young technology companies in the US, she started her career in M&A at a small M&A boutique, later Quarton International and Cowen. In her role, Christina Krätzig manages and is responsible for operational business processes at Pava.

Christina Krätzig studied International Information Management, Business Administration and Politics at the University of Hildesheim and Université Blaise Pascal and holds an MBA from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL).

Her greatest passion is her family. Balancing family and job is a challenge that she is very happy to take on. Working with dedicated and intelligent people every day, taking on new tasks and moving the company forward is what drives them.
