David Riemenschneider has spent over 30 years in C-level and board roles at some of the top automotive OEMs and TIER 1 suppliers in the US and Europe. He is also the founder and former chairman of several software businesses that he led to successful exits. Before joining Pava Partners, David Riemenschneider acted as Senior Advisor to Houlihan Lokey, where he supported their automotive technology team. He also brings invaluable experience from his time at Hampleton Partners, where he spearheaded their automotive M&A Practice. He has worked in the US, Europe, and in the Asian markets of Japan, and China, so he has a global perspective on the industry.

David Riemenschneider holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Eastern Michigan University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Detroit, and has completed an Executive Program at the University of Michigan.

David Riemenschneider's passions include cycling (as a multiple Ironman finisher), swimming, mountain hiking, cooking (though it doesn’t always align with his sports activities), and spending time on the water, mostly sailing.
