Partner M&A

Kevin Kissner joined Pava as a partner in September 2024. He is a sector expert in HealthTech and Software, as well as an equity financing specialist. Prior to this, he worked for the US investment bank Stout, where he established their German business between 2019 and 2024 and was part of the Global TMT Practice. His clients were fast-growing, often founder-led technology companies such as GotPhoto, Ada Health, PlusDental, NeuroNation, and Nimbus Health.

Before joining Stout, he worked at ACXIT Capital Partners (now Stifel) in Frankfurt and Berlin, where he advised founders on large international fundraising processes and M&A transactions. His clients here included Lovoo, Momox, and Vitafy. He began his career in mid-cap investment banking in Frankfurt as an analyst (M&A, Corporate & Leveraged Finance).

Kevin Kissner holds a BSc in Business and Management Studies with a focus on finance from the Business & Information Technology School and Tongji University Shanghai.

As a former competitive basketball athlete, he remains passionate about sports. His current focus is on boxing and endurance sports, although he is always open to new sporting challenges. His fiancée and their dog continue to play a special role in his life. They provide the perfect counterbalance to his working life. As a partner in the Berlin-based angel collective “Blackdor”, he invests in promising early-stage technology companies. The synergy between innovation and sports drives him to continuously seek out new challenges.
