FROM SPORTING TOURNAMENTS TO A SUMMER PARTY WITH AN ADRENALINE KICK: WE HAVE EXPERIENCED A LOT AS A TEAM IN THE PAST SUMMER WEEKS.

The summer in Leipzig was ideal for our monthly afterworks. We enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the city and gathered in the bars and beer gardens of the old town and trendy neighborhoods. But even beyond that, the summer was rich in shared experiences.

Fast on the track and on the ball

At this year’s company run in Leipzig, we were at the start with around 20 colleagues. In the green running shirt, some even ran their personal best time! After this sporting success, the team went to the cozy beer garden of the Felsenkeller.

We also finally managed to hold our own against the other teams in soccer at the HHL European Ivy League.

In July and August we continued on sand. Like last year, we meet for beach volleyball and hit the ball over the net until late at night.

Adventure search and island idyll

The highlight of our summer so far was undoubtedly our summer party in Berlin: Together with our 60 or so colleagues from Leipzig, Munich, Frankfurt, Zurich and Berlin, we sought adventure on the Teufelsberg in Berlin’s Grunewald. We showed curiosity, creativity and courage to overcome walls, explore tunnels and finally recover the treasure as a team. The idyllic island of Lindwerder on the Havel River was then the perfect place in the evening, where we ended the day at sunset.

And now back in Leipzig we are already working on more events! Stay tuned.
