Pava Partners exclusively advised Mühldorfer Group (“Mühldorfer”), a portfolio company of KKA Partners (“KKA”), as Debt Advisor on a comprehensive expansion of its financing structure. In addition to refinancing existing credit facilities, additional funds were raised to finance further acquisitions.

The financing structure also includes committed credit lines to ensure the necessary flexibility for the successful continuation of the buy-and-build strategy. The transaction was completed in April 2026.
