Pava Partners exclusively advised the shareholders of Grünhorn Group (“Grünhorn”), one of Germany’s leading providers of medical cannabis, on a majority investment by HEAL Group (“HEAL”). The transaction was completed in July 2026.

With HEAL, Grünhorn gains a long-term strategic majority shareholder for the next phase of its development. Together, the parties intend to further strengthen Grünhorn’s position in the German market and support continued growth. Grünhorn will benefit from access to a broader procurement and partner network, as well as additional opportunities to further develop its product portfolio and existing platform.

Grünhorn Group combines mail-order pharmacy operations, pharmaceutical wholesaling, fulfillment, and logistics, as well as telemedicine services within an integrated business model.
