Operational experience
Max Drechsel is a partner at Pava. He has over 30 years of experience in the private equity environment and is an active shareholder in a number of firms. Prior to joining our team, he was, among others, Managing Partner of Heim & Haus Group and Managing Director of HSBC (now Montagu Private Equity). He is a co-founder of FBG and was in charge of the German investment business after the joint venture between Flemings and Berenberg.

Max Drechsel studied economics at the universities of Cologne and St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG).
